Filmoz is designed to help people plan film festival schedules. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the service.

Group members may view group-level planning data and the member schedule information that Filmoz makes visible within that group.
Group schedule views may include Festival basics, Film titles, Screening times, venues, screens, and public plan statuses.
Group schedule pages are not intended to show account email addresses, private notes, internal billing state, or unrelated personal data.
We use service providers to operate Filmoz. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Filmoz and our providers may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, locale preferences, security, analytics, and service operation.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking some cookies may prevent authentication or core features from working correctly.
We keep account and planning data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
If you delete data or request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is needed for legal, security, backup, or legitimate operational reasons.
Filmoz uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including Supabase Row Level Security for user-owned and group-scoped tables.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and devices secure.
You may access, update, or delete many kinds of planning data directly in the service as features become available.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
Filmoz and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your local laws.
Filmoz is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
